Participants get a semi-private training at Option CrossFit since each session is adapted to the individual’s physical condition. CrossFit is both flexible and rigorous since it stems from gymnastics, weightlifting, running and everyday movements.
In a stimulating group environment, participants develop their general physical fitness, including muscular strength, cardio, flexibility and agility, calorie-burning, and it strengthens the sense of determination. This training is beneficial for the body and the mind.
Option Crossfit
Centers offering Option CrossFit equipment are dedicated to cross training, an increasingly popular sport among a wide clientele. Classes are held in a vast space, such as in Laval where the center is more than 5,000 sq. ft., the largest interior CrossFit structure in Quebec. A certified and specialized team is available on-site to guide sessions, which are on a flexible schedule, day and night.
